An apt analogy even if it is rather common.
A rubber band is elastic but it has a limit. Stretch it past the max and it will snap.
That's applicable to humans too. And I am only human.
Fairly surprised that I've yet to punch the living daylights out of anyone just yet.

It's misplaced respect.
But its a mistake that will be rectified soon enough.
Maybe its my fault.
Although i'm freaking sure that it didn't justify that.
