It's terribly incredible
how one can so badly want to tell people/ persons
some things
Yet actively suppress the urge to do so
due to reasons logical only to themselves.
Lengthy paragraphs composed in the mind.
Ultimately nothing beats pen, paper and the act of writing;
or the physical act of visually appreciating the words appearing.
Still,
Hands hover over the keyboard as the words refuse to flow
The mind screams, or is that too mild a word,
against blatant shows of weaknesses.
Is the lack of control over the amygdala,
a case in point?
When is it considered fine, or even courageous,
to let being this illogical rein free.
'Out of courtesy'
A phrase that momentarily froze time, neurons,
and the liquid composition that flows through the veins.
Cosmic explosion as synapses flood with electrical transmission,
everything seems suddenly thrown off balance.
Defined now as assumptions,
a revision of what was thought to be mutual.
Perhaps it is a case of over thinking.
Reading between the lines is over-rated.
Challenges of the 21st century: VUCA
volatile, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity
Situations that drain not only soldiers,
but the normal average human too.
The mind as a battlefield?
Despite what can be considered as overwhelming ego,
inferiority complex still plagues everyone,
no?
'Light hearted, disease- free'
The new mantra, maybe?
Learning to not expect anything.
it's yours to give
one can only ask this much.
